Meet the founder
The educator behind Prof.Scaly.
Mr Victor Chan
Victor is a Singaporean who was born, raised and educated in Singapore. From his school days he was an avid reader, and it was his love of reading that led him to fall in love with the English language itself.
In 2019, Victor decided to pursue professional teaching certification under the London Teacher Training College, and in that same year earned his Graduate Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
Since then he has taught a number of Primary and Secondary school students across Singapore, blending the MOE English syllabus with wider reading materials to help students build real confidence — not just exam skills.
